Yes, we do accept returns on all items sold, including electronic parts. The return has to be within 7 days from invoice date. We do require the original tax invoice. Yes, we either do the deliveries ourselves, with one of our own branded vehicles, or through our trusted courier services. We deliver anywhere in the world. We also pack containers and arrange the shipping thereof. The cost of the delivery will be part of your purchase.
Yes, the warranty applies to all second hand components, engines, gearboxes, differentials and parts/ components which the company in its sole discretion has committed to a warranty. A 3-month or 45 000km warranty, whichever occurs first, and the specific conditions applicable to each and every warranty are outlined in our warranty agreement.
Yes, we have our own in house finance division. We finance all running commercial vehicles and major components such as engines, gearboxes, cabs and differentials. Finance is subject to approval & credit check. Minimum deposit of 30% required, risk dependent. Repayment term up to 60 months. Interest rate @ 19% linked to prime.
