Refund Policy

Refunds

• No item(s) may be returned/exchanged after 7 days of receipt date
• Original Tax invoice and receipt to be presented on return/exchange
• Only after the returned item is received and inspected and all is in order the exchange or refund will take effect
• All items returned must be in original condition supplied and/or not installed/mounted

1. No cash refunds.
2. Once confirmation of bank details are supplied EFT refund will be done 7 working days from when details received
3. We do not do cash refunds. All refunds are done via EFT.
4. Our refunds take a period of 7 (seven) working days.
5. For refunds, you need to provide banking details in the name of the company you purchased under, and it shouldn’t be older than 3 months.
6. Should the company name and bank account name differ, the following documents will be required:
   1. Company registration document
   2. Confirmation of Banking Details
   3. Signed letter from all directors confirming refund to be processed into selected bank accountProof of banking details should be in the form of a cancelled cheque, bank confirmation letter or bank statement.
